Illinois Registered Agent - Accepts PayPal

ACCESSING AGENT INFORMTION UPON PAYMENT

Non-PayPal Subscribers:

To access the agent information immediately upon payment, you must click on the orange "Return to IllinoisRegisteredAgent.com" link on PayPal's order confirmation page which will redirect you back to our confirmation page. The proper agent name and office address is located on this page that you will need for any agent change forms, incorporations (domestic or foreign) LLC formations (domestic or foreign) and Not-for-profit entities (domestic or foreign). Illinois Registered Agent will also send a follow up confirmation email containing the agent information to the individual authorized to receive such information as indicated on the Required Info form. This confirmation will be sent upon our receipt of PayPal verification of your order & payment confirmation (which can take up to 24 hours in some instances).

PayPal Subscribers

PayPal subscribers will be automatically be returned to our confirmation page where the proper agent name and office address is located. You will need the information contained on this page for any agent change forms, incorporations (domestic or foreign) LLC formations (domestic or foreign) and Not-for-profit entities (domestic or foreign). Illinois Registered Agent will also send a follow up confirmation email containing the agent information to the individual authorized to receive such information as indicated on the Required Info form.

PayPal Credit Card Rejections

Billing information provided with a credit card is character sensitive and must be typed in exactly as it is shown on your credit card bills. If you are having difficulty with PayPal accepting your credit card, please call 1-888-221-1161 and PayPal will assist you with the completion of the transaction.

EFFECTIVE DATES

Agent Service requests will become effective upon receipt of the completed "Required Info" form, payment for services in full and the first of the following to occur - (1) the filing date with the State of Illinois or (2) 90 days post payment.

CORRESPONDENCE / SERVICE OF PROCESS DELIVERY

Correspondence and service of process received by Illinois Registered Agent on behalf of our client will be sent to the individual designated to accept such documents as indicated on the company's Required Info form and will be delivered to that contact person by U.S. standard mail service. Email/PDF delivery is available as an upgrade for an additional fee of $1.00 per month.

TERMS OF SERVICE

Purchasing our services constitutes acceptance of Illinois Registered Agent's terms of service.

Step 2 - Determine a Preferred Delivery Method

Option 1: Electronic Delivery

Electronic email delivery of service of process and state correspondence received on behalf of the company will be sent to the person designated on the Required Info form to receive such documents by email with the documents attached as PDF's, then sent to the designated person by standard U.S. Mail.

Option 2: Standard Delivery

Standard U.S. Mail delivery of service of process and state correspondence received on behalf of the company. Items received will be sent to the person designated on the Required Info form to receive such documents by standard U.S. email

Step 3 - Determine Domestic - Foreign Status

Domestic: When choosing Domestic registered agent representation you are purchasing representation service for a new or existing Illinois entities that is formed or organized or going to be formed or organized in the State of Illinois and is not formed or organized in any other state.

Foreign: When choosing registered agent service for a foreign entity, you are purchasing representation service for an entity organized and already doing business in a state other than Illinois.
