Renewal Due Dates

Renewal notices are sent to you aproximately 6 weeks prior to your renewal date. To receive the discount, renewal must be received no later than your due date.

If we do not receive your renewal payment by your designated anniversary date, we will assume that you do not intend to continue our services. If you do not notify us of a pending agent change or voluntary dissolution with the Secretary of State, we will begin the process of resigning as your registered agent in Illinois ten day after the renewal due date.

The Illlinois Secretary of State will administratively dissolve an entity that does not maintain a registered agent.

CORRESPONDENCE / SERVICE OF PROCESS DELIVERY

Correspondence and service of process received by Illinois Registered Agent on behalf of our client will be sent to the individual designated to accept such documents as indicated on the company's Required Info form and will be delivered to that contact person by U.S. standard mail service. It is very important that we have the most current contact information for your company and the person to receive such notices.

Email/PDF delivery is available as an upgrade for an additional fee of $1.00 per month.

Determine Your Preferred Delivery Method

Option 1: Electronic Delivery

Electronic email delivery of service of process and state correspondence received on behalf of the company will be sent to the person designated on the Required Info form to receive such documents by email with the documents attached as PDF's, then sent to the designated person by standard U.S. Mail.

Option 2: Standard Delivery

Standard U.S. Mail delivery of service of process and state correspondence received on behalf of the company. Items received will be sent to the person designated on the Required Info form to receive such documents by standard U.S. email

Determine Domestic or Foreign Status

Domestic: When choosing Domestic registered agent representation you are purchasing representation service for a new or existing Illinois entities that is formed or organized or going to be formed or organized in the State of Illinois and is not formed or organized in any other state.

Foreign: When choosing registered agent service for a foreign entity, you are purchasing representation service for an entity organized and already doing business in a state other than Illinois.

TO RENEW SERVICES

1. Complete and submit the "Required Info" form;

2. Choose your entity type: Corporation or LLC;

3. Determine Domestic or Foreign Status.

4. Choose preferred delivery method - Standard Mail or Electronic

Mail;

5. Proceed through PayPal checkout to complete transaction.

Changes to Renewal Process

Illinois Registered Agent has provided an invoice that will indicate your current level of service and the fees associated with that level of service. While PayPal is our only method of payment for new clients, we do offer alternate payment options for our continuing clients. If paying online is your prefered method of payment, we have streamlined that process. Please let us know if this configuration is easier to navigate.

PayPal Credit Card Rejections

For those paying by credit card through paypal, inproper billing information is the number one reason for PayPal credit card rejections. PayPal has informed us that the billing information is character sensitive and must be typed in exactly as it appears on your monthly credit card statements, if it is not, that card will be rejected.
