Agent Representation for existing single entity Limited Liability companies that require change in agent filings:
Agent representation fee: Domestic $95.00; Foreign $105.00 (includes acceptance and delivery of service of process and state correspondence for one year and delivered to you by standard US Mail. Agent representation will be renewable on the anniversary of the filing date of the agent chage with the State of Illinois).

Agent Representation: Agent fees per calendar year are as reflected above for the parent entity, however, an additional $30.00 per subsidiary series created thereafter (includes acceptance and delivery by standard *US Mail on service of process and state correspondence for one year and is renewable on the anniversary date of the company's formation). Each subsidiary series will receive the same method of delivery chosen for the parent entity. Illinois Registered Agent must be notified and agent representation be purchased and in place prior to filing the series desigantion with the Illinois Secretary of State in order to insure receipt of your state correspondence and service of process for that entity.
AGENT REPRESENTATION
Agent representation is renewable annually on the anniversary of the Effective Date with Illinois Registered Agent. To renew representation, update your Required Info form and select domestic or foreign renewal from the purchases page.

Failure to renew or change agents on or before your company's anniversary date with Illinois Registered Agent, will give us causes to resign as your registered agent. Illinois Secretary of State will begin to administratively dissolve a company after an agent has resigned.

EFFECTIVE DATES
Agent Service requests will become effective upon receipt of the completed "Required Info" form, payment for services in full and the first of the following to occur - (1) the filing date with the State of Illinois or (2) 90 days post payment.
